چکیده

History A two-month-old girl with unremarkable birth history presented with sudden onset of erythematous papules on the limbs and face for one week. There was no systemic upset, and she remained asymptomatic. Her sister had a history of hypertriglyceridaemia under treatment. The patient's other family members enjoyed good physical health and there was no family history of premature coronary heart disease.
